We want you to feel confident shopping with VARNETH. If something is not right, please review the return and refund terms below.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with original tags and packaging where applicable.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, contact us at bryanAllen589@hotmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Returns sent without first contacting us may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked final sale;
  • Gift cards;
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing original tags;
  • Personalized or customized products, if offered.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, the fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order. Contact us if you need assistance before doing so.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it is processed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfillment or shipment.
